Welcome to Fantazina. By accessing or using our fantasy football platform at fantazina.com ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using any part of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account and use Fantazina. If you are under 18, you represent that you have obtained parental or guardian consent to use the Platform.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

4. Platform Usage

Fantazina provides a fantasy football management platform. You may use the Platform to:

• Create and manage custom fantasy football leagues
• Invite other users to join your leagues
• Build and manage fantasy teams
• Track scores, statistics, and leaderboards

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent rules, restrictions, or bans
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or compromise the Platform's security or infrastructure
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Platform without authorization
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Upload or share offensive, harmful, or misleading content
• Exploit bugs or glitches for unfair advantage instead of reporting them

6. League Ownership

If you create a league, you are the "League Owner" and have the following responsibilities:

• You are responsible for setting fair and clear rules for your league
• You must manage league freezes, match results, and scoring accurately
• You must not abuse your league management powers to gain unfair advantages
• Fantazina is not responsible for disputes between league owners and participants

7. Free Trial & Payments

Fantazina offers a free trial for new leagues. Additional premium features or subscriptions, if introduced in the future, will be clearly communicated with their pricing and terms before any charges apply.

8. Intellectual Property

• The Fantazina name, logo, design, and all platform content are our intellectual property.
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our platform without prior written consent.
• Content you create within the Platform (team names, league configurations) remains yours, but you grant us a license to display and process it as needed to provide the service.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We are not responsible for data loss due to factors outside our control
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months prior to the claim

10. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms of Service
• Your account is involved in suspected fraudulent or abusive activity
• You have not accessed your account for an extended period (12+ months)

You may also request to delete your account at any time by contacting us.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Platform. Your continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through good faith negotiation first.
