1

Getting Started

Welcome to your league management dashboard! As the league owner, you have complete control over every aspect of your fantasy football league. This documentation will guide you through each step of the process.

What You Can Do

As a league owner, you can create teams, add players, set scoring rules, record match results, and automatically track all statistics and standings. Everything is automated once you input the data!

2

Dashboard Overview

The dashboard is your central hub for managing the league. Here's what you'll find:

3

Assign an Other Owner (Optional)

Need help managing your league? You can assign another contributor as an Other Owner to share management responsibilities.

Perfect for Co-Management

This feature is ideal if you want to share the workload of managing a league with a friend or fellow administrator. Both of you can work on the league simultaneously!

Important: Full Access

The Other Owner will have complete access to all league management features. Only assign someone you trust completely!

4

Step 1: Create Your Teams

Before anything else, you need to create the teams that will compete in your league. Navigate to Teams from the sidebar.

Important Note

Make sure to create all your teams before adding players. You'll need to assign each player to a team!

5

Step 2: Add Your Players

Now it's time to populate your teams with players. Navigate to Players from the sidebar.

Budget System Explained

In Budget mode, each contributor enters with a fixed budget of $100. They must build their team within this budget by selecting players with different prices. In "No Limits" mode, contributors can pick any players without restrictions.

6

Managing Contributors

Contributors are the participants in your league. Navigate to Contributors to manage them.

7

Step 3: Record Match Results

After matches are played in real life, record them in your league. Navigate to Matches.

Freeze Your League Before Matches!

Before adding matches for any round, make sure to freeze your league from the settings. This prevents contributors from making transfers or substitutions to their formation while matches are being played, ensuring fair competition!

Round Management System

The league operates in rounds (gameweeks). You can only add matches for the current round, and must complete all match data entry before moving to the next round. This ensures organized and fair gameplay!

Cannot Go Back!

Once you click "Go to Next Round", you cannot return to the previous round to add more matches. Make sure you've added all matches and match points for the current round before advancing!

8

Step 4: Record Match Points

This is where the magic happens! Record all player performances for each match. Navigate to Match Points.

Automatic Point Calculation

Once you record match points, the system automatically calculates player points based on your league's scoring rules. Clean sheets are detected automatically based on goals conceded!

9

Customize Points Rules

Control how points are awarded in your league. Navigate to Points Rules.

Changing Rules Mid-Season

You can change points rules anytime, but changes will only apply to future matches. Previously calculated points remain unchanged to maintain fairness.

10

Step 5: Automatic Updates

The best part? Almost everything updates automatically! Here's what happens behind the scenes:

Real-Time Updates

All statistics, standings, and leaderboards update in real-time as you add match results and points. No manual calculations needed!

11

View Reports & Statistics

Track your league's progress with comprehensive reports. Access them from the sidebar under Reports.

12

Power-Ups & Special Features

Make your league more exciting with power-ups! Contributors can use these special abilities during the season.

Enable/Disable Power-Ups

You can enable or disable these features and set usage limits when creating your league or in league settings. Set to 0 to disable a power-up completely.

13

League Freeze Feature

Control when contributors can make changes to their teams with the League Freeze feature.

Recommended Workflow

1. Freeze league → 2. Add all matches → 3. Record all match points → 4. Go to next round → 5. Unfreeze league. This cycle ensures fair play and organized management!
