Complete guide to managing your fantasy football league from setup to season end. Follow these steps to create an amazing league experience!
Getting Started
Welcome to your league management dashboard! As the league owner, you have complete control over every aspect of your fantasy football league. This documentation will guide you through each step of the process.
What You Can Do
As a league owner, you can create teams, add players, set scoring rules, record match results, and automatically track all statistics and standings. Everything is automated once you input the data!
Dashboard Overview
The dashboard is your central hub for managing the league. Here's what you'll find:

League Statistics
View total teams, players, and contributors at a glance. See your league's current round.

Quick Actions
Access quick links to activate your league, view the invitation token, and manage key settings.

League Information
Review your league's name, system (Budget or No Limits), and positions setup.
Assign an Other Owner (Optional)
Need help managing your league? You can assign another contributor as an Other Owner to share management responsibilities.

Shared Management
The Other Owner will have the same management permissions as you, allowing them to add matches, record points, manage teams and players, and access all league settings.

How to Assign
From your dashboard's League Information section, click the "Assign Other Owner" button. A modal will appear showing all contributors in your league. Select one to grant them management access.

Change or Remove
You can change or remove the Other Owner at any time. Simply click on the current Other Owner in the League Information section to reassign or remove them.
Perfect for Co-Management
This feature is ideal if you want to share the workload of managing a league with a friend or fellow administrator. Both of you can work on the league simultaneously!
Important: Full Access
The Other Owner will have complete access to all league management features. Only assign someone you trust completely!
Step 1: Create Your Teams
Before anything else, you need to create the teams that will compete in your league. Navigate to Teams from the sidebar.

Add Teams
Click "Add New Team" and enter the team name. You can add teams up to the number you specified when creating the league.

Choose Team Kits (Optional)
Upload or select a kit color for each team. This helps distinguish teams visually in your league. While optional, it adds a professional touch!

Manage Teams
You can edit team names, change kits, or delete teams anytime before matches are played. Once matches start, be careful with deletions as it may affect statistics.
Important Note
Make sure to create all your teams before adding players. You'll need to assign each player to a team!
Step 2: Add Your Players
Now it's time to populate your teams with players. Navigate to Players from the sidebar.

Add Players to Teams
Click "Add New Player" and fill in the player's name, select their team from the dropdown, and assign their position (GK, DEF, MID, ATT) if your league uses positions.

Set Player Prices (Budget Mode Only)
If your league system is set to "Budget", you must assign a price to each player. Contributors will have a budget of $100 to build their teams. Price players based on their expected performance!

Upload Player Images (Optional)
Add profile pictures for players to make your league look more professional. This is optional but highly recommended for a better experience.
Budget System Explained
In Budget mode, each contributor enters with a fixed budget of $100. They must build their team within this budget by selecting players with different prices. In "No Limits" mode, contributors can pick any players without restrictions.
Managing Contributors
Contributors are the participants in your league. Navigate to Contributors to manage them.

View Contributor Teams
See each contributor's selected players, formation, and total points. Monitor their team performance throughout the season.
Step 3: Record Match Results
After matches are played in real life, record them in your league. Navigate to Matches.
Freeze Your League Before Matches!
Before adding matches for any round, make sure to freeze your league from the settings. This prevents contributors from making transfers or substitutions to their formation while matches are being played, ensuring fair competition!

Freeze the League
Go to League Settings and toggle the "Freeze League" option. This locks all contributor formations and prevents any changes during the match round.

Add Matches for Current Round
Click "Add Match" and select the two teams that played, then enter the final score. All matches are automatically assigned to the current round of your league.

Add All Round Matches
Continue adding all matches that were played in the current round. You can only add matches for the current round - you cannot skip ahead or go back.

Complete the Round
Once you've added all matches and recorded all match points for the current round, click the "Go to Next Round" button. This will advance your league to the next round and allow you to add matches for it.

Unfreeze for Transfers
After completing the round, unfreeze your league from settings to allow contributors to make transfers and prepare their formations for the next round.
Round Management System
The league operates in rounds (gameweeks). You can only add matches for the current round, and must complete all match data entry before moving to the next round. This ensures organized and fair gameplay!
Cannot Go Back!
Once you click "Go to Next Round", you cannot return to the previous round to add more matches. Make sure you've added all matches and match points for the current round before advancing!
Step 4: Record Match Points
This is where the magic happens! Record all player performances for each match. Navigate to Match Points.

Select a Match
Choose the match you want to add points for. You'll see all matches organized by round.

Record Goals & Assists
Add records for each goal scored and assist made. Select the player who scored and optionally the player who assisted. You can add multiple records for the same match.

Record Special Events
Don't forget to record penalties! Add records for goalkeepers who saved penalties and players who missed penalties.

Add Bonus & Minus Points
You can award bonus points to exceptional performances or deduct points for poor play. Select the player and enter the point value.

Record Disciplinary Actions
Add yellow cards and red cards for players. Select the player who received the card. Points will be deducted based on your league's rules.
Automatic Point Calculation
Once you record match points, the system automatically calculates player points based on your league's scoring rules. Clean sheets are detected automatically based on goals conceded!
Customize Points Rules
Control how points are awarded in your league. Navigate to Points Rules.

Goalkeeper Points
Set points for goalkeeper goals, assists, clean sheets, and saved penalties. Example: +4 for clean sheet, +5 for saved penalty.

Defender Points
Configure points for defender goals, assists, and clean sheets. Example: +6 for goal, +3 for assist, +4 for clean sheet.

Midfielder Points
Set midfielder goal and assist values. Example: +5 for goal, +3 for assist.

Forward Points
Configure forward goal and assist points. Example: +4 for goal, +3 for assist.

Disciplinary Points
Set point deductions for yellow cards, red cards, and missed penalties. Example: -1 for yellow, -3 for red, -2 for missed penalty.
Changing Rules Mid-Season
You can change points rules anytime, but changes will only apply to future matches. Previously calculated points remain unchanged to maintain fairness.
Step 5: Automatic Updates
The best part? Almost everything updates automatically! Here's what happens behind the scenes:

Team Standings
Team rankings, wins, losses, draws, goals scored, goals conceded, and points are all calculated automatically from match results.

Player Statistics
Every player's total points, goals, assists, clean sheets, and cards are tracked automatically across all matches.

Contributor Rankings
The leaderboard updates automatically! Contributor total points are calculated from their selected players' performances each round.

Round-by-Round Tracking
Points are tracked per round, so you can see how contributors performed in each gameweek throughout the season.
Real-Time Updates
All statistics, standings, and leaderboards update in real-time as you add match results and points. No manual calculations needed!
View Reports & Statistics
Track your league's progress with comprehensive reports. Access them from the sidebar under Reports.

Leaderboard
See all contributors ranked by total points. View their team names, selected players, and round-by-round performance. This is the main competition board!

Statistics
Access detailed statistics including top scorers, top assisters, most clean sheets, disciplinary records, team standings table, and much more. All data is live and updated automatically!
Power-Ups & Special Features
Make your league more exciting with power-ups! Contributors can use these special abilities during the season.

Triple Captain
Contributors can triple their captain's points for one round. If enabled, set how many times this can be used per season in league settings.

Bench Boost
All bench players score points for one round. Configure usage limit in league settings.

Wild Card
Contributors can completely rebuild their team, ignoring budget restrictions for one round. Set usage limits in settings.
Enable/Disable Power-Ups
You can enable or disable these features and set usage limits when creating your league or in league settings. Set to 0 to disable a power-up completely.
League Freeze Feature
Control when contributors can make changes to their teams with the League Freeze feature.

What is League Freeze?
When you freeze your league, contributors cannot make any transfers, substitutions, or formation changes. This ensures fairness during active match rounds.

When to Freeze
Always freeze your league before adding matches for a new round. This prevents contributors from changing their teams after seeing match results.

When to Unfreeze
Unfreeze your league after completing all match entries and moving to the next round. This allows contributors to prepare their teams for upcoming matches.
Recommended Workflow
1. Freeze league → 2. Add all matches → 3. Record all match points → 4. Go to next round → 5. Unfreeze league. This cycle ensures fair play and organized management!
